Michael Tasker
CEO
Michael has 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of telecom construction and wireless infrastructure planning. Michael joined COMsolve in 2016 to fill the role of Director of Development where he facilitated the growth, experience and reputation of the company throughout the telecom industry in Canada. Michael’s 20+ years of extensive experience in all aspects of telecom construction, including a specialization in wireless infrastructure planning and execution, was instrumental in developing turnkey solutions for all client wireless needs. In 2024, Michael became CEO of COMsolve Technical Solutions, covering deployment needs for wireless businesses. By consistently cultivating new partnerships, Michael has established a key role in promoting and executing growth in the organization and was recently promoted to take on the responsibilities of the Vice President of Deployment at COMsolve. Prior to joining COMsolve, Michael had founded a telecom design and construction business based out of Ancaster, Ontario in 2004. This business allowed him to gain valuable experience working for a variety of Tier-1 carriers across the Ontario market, which eventually led to opportunities in the U.S. market to explore other telecom needs in the wireless segment. In 2013, he began a business in Nashville, Tennessee, and developed and managed a team that completed telecom construction projects for T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T. Michael graduated from Niagara College in the area of business, and over the years received numerous certifications covering the construction and deployment in the wireless industry. Michael completed his MBA in 2023.
Jeff Beebe
Project Manager
With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications field, Jeff has amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning various parts within the industry. His career began as a field technician, specializing in both copper and fiber infrastructure, before transitioning into the dynamic sector of wireless telecommunications. Progressing steadily, Jeff assumed roles in project management, overseeing numerous projects, including a significant fiber build in western Canada prior to joining COMsolve in 2017. At COMsolve, Jeff's responsibilities have expanded to encompass managing crews for quality assurance and quality control across western Canada and the United States. Additionally, he oversees crews involved in wireless infrastructure builds throughout Canada. A proud graduate of NAIT, Jeff has obtained multiple certifications in both telecommunications and project management, further enhancing his expertise and ensuring his continued success in the industry.
